Whilst we will continue to do all we can to meet the mobility needs of emergency and NHS workers, the effects of the increased countermeasures of the virus will inevitably have an effect on our operations.
Our new and used car sales facilities are closed but we remain contactable to discuss your motoring needs.
Our after sales team remain contactable to provide support in situations where a vehicle is off the road and requires an emergency repair. We will do our very best to ensure that emergency and critical workers, as well as NHS staff, are kept mobile should they find themselves in this situation.

Advice on your Toyota finance agreement and payments
We are aware that many of you may have concerns and questions you may wish to discuss with us regarding your finance agreements or payments.
A payment deferral may be available if you are experiencing temporary financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 situation. You may wish to share details of your circumstances with Toyota Financial Services digitally in which case we have a short self-service questionnaire that you can complete.
Payment deferrals might not be the best option for everyone and if you believe your financial difficulties will be over a longer term, please contact Toyota Financial Services so we can work with you to assess your individual circumstances and tailor a solution for the future. As an alternative to calling on 0370 243 0804 - option 3, we would ask you to contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Extension of Roadside assistance
To support our loyal customers during this difficult time, and support their peace-of-mind, any live Toyota Roadside Assistance memberships as at 23rd March have had 3 additional months extension of cover applied free-of-charge.
If your Toyota Roadside Assistance membership had expired and not been renewed between 1st February 2020 and 23rd March we have extended your cover at no cost to you until 31st May 2020.
You do not need to do anything to claim this additional cover – it has been automatically applied. a

Toyota Roadside Assistance for key worker
From 3rd April 2020, Toyota extended the full benefits of roadside assistance cover to all key workers who own a Toyota.
Working in partnership with the AA, we are providing the cover regardless of whether you have previously had Toyota Roadside Assistance membership
The free cover is being introduced as an open-ended benefit, available until further notice, for all Toyota vehicles, of any age.

Service, MOT, Maintenance, Repair
We are continuing to do everything we can to meet the needs of emergency, critical and NHS workers. In accordance with local government advice, we continue to prioritise the needs of these customers.
The UK Government has granted some flexibility on MOT testing and we will take a sympathetic approach to service and warranty at this time.

The Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is pausing the requirement for manufacturers to complete vehicle recalls until further notice. More information can be found here.
